The only prayer of the the petitioner, Asha Pratap Singh, is that this Court may direct the authority concerned to carry out fair investigation in Case Crime No.276 of 2020 under sections 147,148,149,323,352,307,308,325,504,506,336 of I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, at P.S. Reoti, Balia.
As we are not passing any adverse orders against the Government or the private respondent, we do not feel that notice should be issued to them.
Right of fair investigation is right of every citizen embodied in Part III, i.e. Fundamental Rights, of the Constitution. The Police authorities specially Superintendent of Police would see that fair investigation in the aforesaid F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner is completed as expeditiously as possible.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
