This writ petition is of the year 2007 challenging refusal to accommodate standard IV student from one Kendriya Vidyalaya to another on account of transfer of the parents. Considering the nature of reliefs sought for in this writ petition, I am of the view, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, dismissed as infructuous.
