THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9728 of 2000 Between:
A.P. State Horticulture Workers Union Rep. by its General Secretary, K. Madan Mohan Reddy PETITIONER AND 1. The Director of Horticulture, Horticulture Development Agency, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Public Gardens, Hyderabad, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri V. Narayana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
