This contempt petition is filed complaining non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 06.10.2016 in WMP No. 29798 of 2016 in WP No. 34601 of 2016. By the said order, this Court, following the earlier order passed by this Court in WP No. 30972 to 30977 of 2016, directed the respondents to pay salary prospectively to the petitioner, who was appointed in the fourth respondent (in the writ petition) school. 2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 27.07.2017 of the third respondent herein, wherein and whereunder, the third respondent has given approval of appointment to the petitioner subject to the result of the main writ petition.
3. In the light of the above compliance, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
