Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner, who is the Salesman of F.P. Shop No.2- South Central Railway Employees Co-operative Stores Ltd., D.No.21-A, Dharmavaram, for distribution of stocks for the month of December 2014 to the members of the above society despite receipt of Demand Draft No.424296, Dt.25.09.2014, on 26.11.2014, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to release the commodities to the said shop continuously.”
After arguing the case, Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Co-operative Society itself to espouse its cause by availing appropriate legal remedy.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46901 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
