HOLDER, WHO IS THE FATHER OF THE PETITIONER AND ETC., THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Ajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Pramod Kochuthommen, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the learned VI Additional/Principal Family Judge, Bengaluru to allow the petitioner to appear in mediation and all other proceedings through skype/video conferencing in M.C.No.6843/2018.
4. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsels for the parties submit that the aforesaid prayer has been in extenso dealt with by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of KRISHNA VENI NAGAM v/s.HARISH NAGAM (2017)4 SCC 150.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and in view of the decision rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of KRISHNA VENI NAGAM supra, learned VI Additional/Principal Family Judge, Bengaluru, is directed to permit the parties/their representatives to appear through skype/Video conferencing in mediation as well as in remaining proceedings in M.C.No.6843/2018 as the parties reside in United States of America.
6. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
