ORDER A Memo is preferred by the counsel for the petitioners, that on account of certain errors having crept in the pleading he prays leave of the court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
2. Memo is taken on record, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
3. In view of dismissal of the petition, I.A.1/2019 for stay does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed off.
