For Petitioner : Mr.R.Senniappan For Respondents : Mr.S.Navaneethan Addl. Govt. Pleader O R D E R Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation seeking direction to the 4th respondent to grant patta in respect of T.S.Nos.18/1A and 926 sq. feet of land west of TS.No. 15 , East of TS.No.3 and North of LL Road and half share in and around area HH, BB and DD Roads, as per representation dated 18.08.2015.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 84 years and he has given representation as early as on 18.08.2015, however, the respondents have not considered the same for the issuance of patta so far.

Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give fresh representation to the 4th respondent with correct details and in such circumstances, the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a time frame.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent with all necessary details, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
