ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 3 herein to take possession of the property, situated at H- Block 21, T.S.No.185/3, Dadagapatti Village, Salem East Registration District, Dadagapatti S.R.O., Salem Town connected to the DRC No.18/12 before the DRT-II, Madurai and handover the vacant possession of the said property.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.J.Ravishankar, one of the learned counsel on record, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
