The petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL/27-A/8222, conducting services on the route Thiruvalla- Kozhencherry on the strength of a regular permit, has submitted Exts.P5 and P6 objections to the timings of the services conducted by the 4th respondent. She complains that the objections have not been considered till date. The learned Government Pleader assures that the objections of the petitioner would be considered.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Exts.P5 and P6 objections of the petitioner pending before the said authority and to pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the 4th respondent and all other interested persons. Orders as indicated above shall be passed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
