RESPONDENTS ORDER:
This is an application filed by the petitioner in the writ petition, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise the issue that has been raised in the present writ petition before the appropriate forum.
2. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, W.P.M.P. is allowed, permitting the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as sought for.
3. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
