JUDGMENT / ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the prayer in the writ petition cannot be maintainable since the petitioner Mr.A.Michael Stalin Rabi has appeared before the Sub-Inspector of Police and gave a written statement stating that there is no need to take further action on his complaint and he will seek remedy through the Civil Court as far as the financial dispute between him and Adaikkalaraj is concerned.
3. In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
No costs.
