It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that in the course of the day, complete compliance of our order shall be made so that the petitioners can resume their office in terms of our order dated 28.11.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 36451 of 2014.
We record his oral statement and accepting the same, we close the contempt application. In the event, this assurance is not honoured, it would be open for the petitioners to make a mention before this Court, if so advised. No order as to costs.
