ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondents 4 and 5 have not been cooperating with the petitioner by giving marking of the work relating to the irrigation tank required to be executed under agreement, dated 20.10.2014.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development (Telangana State) on instructions submitted that in response to the petitioner’s representation, dated 23.12.2014, respondent No.4 has visited the work site on 24.12.2014 and given proper markings to enable the petitioner to carry on the balance work. He has further submitted that if the petitioner has any further grievance in this regard, he can approach respondent No.4 in future and that as and when he approaches, respondent No.4 would do the needful to enable him to complete the execution of work.
The above mentioned submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of main petition, WPMP.No.50712 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
