ub It is represented by both the learned counsel appearing on either side, the suit was already settled before the trial Court. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil revision petition. Hence, the prayer in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
