The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 323, 355 and 294(b) IPC r/w and Sec.3(1)(r) and (s) of SC ST (Prevention of Atrocities) amendment Act 2015, have filed the present petition seeking for the above relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Erode is directed consider the bail applications of the petitioners in crime No.180/2017 on the file of the respondent, on the very same day purely on the basis of merits and pass suitable orders, in the event of the petitioners surrendering before the said Court within 15 days from today and filing of petition seeking bail.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
