This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for an early disposal of E.A.No.174 of 2016 in E.P.No.12 of 2012 in O.S.No.255 of 1992, pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he had obtained the decree in the year 1992 in O.S.No.255 of 1992 and yet to get the benefits of the same. He would submit that the respondents are indulging in dilatory tactics by filing one application or the other, preventing the petitioner from taking possession of the property, pursuant to the order passed in E.P.No.12 of 2012.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of E.A.No.174 of 2016 in E.P.No.12 of 2012 in O.S.No.255 of 1992, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
