Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records made in letter no.2/14264/2003 dated 30.3.2004 passed by the 2nd respondent/ Director of Employment & Training, Chennai – 5 and further direct the respondents to give employment with all backwages and benefits alongwith compensation of Rs.5 Lakhs to the petitioner in view of the judgment passed in C.A.No.85/91 dated 7.7.2003.
