PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 24/04/2013 verify the land grabbing documents in survey No.313/2B Thirukachur village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchepuram District and
take necessary action against the land grabbers.

Heard Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. No representation for the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 24/04/2013, verify the land grabbing documents in survey No.313/2B Thirukachur village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchepuram District and take necessary action against the land grabbers.
3. On instruction, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the complaint made by the petitioner was taken on file by the Inspector of Police, D-6, Maraimalai Nagar, in CC. No.97 of 2014 against the land grabbers/accused and the same is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 2, Chengalpattu.
4. In view of the above submissions made by the Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
