ORDER
Once again there is no representation on behalf of both sides. On the last hearing date i.e. 14.07.2017, this Court recorded that the writ petition was filed challenging the non payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner during pendency of suspension of service from the 1st respondent Bank.
2. As there is no representation once again today, this Court is not informed as to whether anything survives in the writ petition.
3. Hence, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. No costs.
