2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI Cases), appearing for the respondent.
3. In all the said unnumbered Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions, the petitioners have sought for return of documents which are subject matter of the appeal. Return of these items, pending appeal, is not conducive. Hence, the petitioners are advised to revive the said request after disposal of the appeal.
4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to revive their said request after disposal of appeal.
