JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's E-application dated 04.04.2017 and issue patta to his property situated at plot No.6, Survey No.35/1A2, Ammanur Village, Arakonnam Taluk.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted his E-application as early as on 04.04.2017 for surveying and issuance of patta. However, the second respondent had only surveyed the land and not issued the patta yet.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the E-application submitted by the petitioner on 04.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's E-application dated 04.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
