This writ petition is of the year 1992. There are two learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, to wit, Sri C.P. Dwivedi, and Sri A.K. Upadhyay. Sri C.P. Dwivedi, is reported to be indisposed today, but there is no request for adjournment on behalf of other learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri A.K. Upadhyay. Rather, there is an application made by Sri A.K. Upadhyay, seeking clarification of the order dated 21.5.1992. The said application is dated 23.11.1992. The case is one of the year 1992 arising out of objections under Section 20 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act. It is a very old matter. No one appears for the petitioners when the case is called on. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
The interim order dated 22.05.1992 is hereby vacated.
Let this order be communicated to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur by the office within a week.
