Respondents The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Aaa3/11674/08, dated 24.08.2009 and to quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to register the 'Khizaria Employees Development Union' under the Trade Union Act, 1926 on the basis of the application made by the petitioner dated 17.10.2008.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Aaa3/11674/08, dated 24.08.2009 and to D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.
smi quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to register the 'Khizaria Employees Development Union' under the Trade Union Act, 1926 on the basis of the application made by the petitioner dated 17.10.2008.
2. Learned counsel for the second respondent that the second respondent company closed down the company. Supporting the said contention, learned counsel also placed the order passed in W.P.Nos.4084 & 4085 of 2000 on 07.08.2009 wherein, this Court has already recorded that the second respondent has close down the company.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, this Court is of the view that nothing survives further for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
