For Petitioner : Mr.G.Vetrivel Rajan For R1 to R4 : Mr.E.Balamurugan, AGP ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.01.2016.
2. Mr.G.Vetrivel Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that challenging the order passed by the fourth respondent, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the third respondent on 29.01.2016 and the same has not been disposed of by the third respondent so far.
3. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's appeal and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 5 and 6.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 29.01.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
