THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Plaintiffs in O.S.No.4265/2013 have filed this writ petition seeking for a writ of mandamus to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously.
2. It is the grievance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that proceedings before the trial Court is proceeding at snail’s pace and as such, he prays for a direction being issued to dispose of the suit O.S.No.4265/2013 expeditiously within a time frame.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners does not dispute the fact that the trial has already commenced. If it is so, trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously keeping in view Order 17 of Code of Civil Procedure.
Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
