JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writs of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 27.06.2017 seeking for transfer of patta in his favour, by measuring and fixing the boundary stones.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2017 seeking for transfer of patta by measuring and fixing the boundary stones, the respondents have not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may be directed to pay the necessary fee for surveying the land and on making such payment, the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to make payment of necessary charges for surveying and for fixing the boundary stones in respect of his lands within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on making payment, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of making payment by the petitioner.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
