JUDGMENT / ORDER

Since the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant reported "No Instructions" as early as on 07.08.2017 and also filed a memo to that effect, the name of the petitioner/appellant was directed to be printed in the cause list. Thereafter, when the matters were listed on 11.08.2017, though the petitioner's /appellant's name was printed in the cause list, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner/appellant and hence, the matters were directed to be posted under the caption "For Dismissal". 2. Even today, though the matters are posted under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner/appellant. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition as well as Civil Miscellaneous Appeal are dismissed for default. No costs.
