Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Pratapgarh is required to file counter affidavit.
Case is being adjourned since 11.3.2011 for the said purpose. On 02.5.2011, even last opportunity was given with a clear stipulation that if counter affidavit is not filed within time, costs would be imposed.

Let counter affidavit be filed within two weeks from today. This, however, is subject to payment of Rs.5000/- costs, payable to the petitioner.
The costs amount shall be recovered from the officer/official who is found responsible for causing delay.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereof.
