The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, Asha Devi, Vipin and Priyanka in Case Crime No. 89 of 2021 under secvtions 498-A, 302, 352 and 120-B I.P.C., police station Saurikh, District Kannauj.
The applicant has been implicated for the offence under section 302 I.P.C. Application is barred by Section 438 (6) Cr.P.C.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
