It has been stated that the partition suit is pending consideration since the year 2006.
From the perusal of the order sheet annexed with the writ petition it is not clear as to the stage at which the partition suit is pending.
The writ petition is therefore, disposed of with the observation that the trial court may endeavour to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
