This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 10.9.1999 passed by Judicial Magistrate-III, Allahabad in Criminal Case No. 1532 of 1999 whereby he has acquitted the opposite parties from the charges under Sections 323/34, 324/34 and 504 I.P.C. levelled against them.
The Court has perused the order impugned. The same does not suffer from any illegality or jurisdictional error so as to warrant interference in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. The order passed by the court below is just and proper. More so, the revisionist is not present to press this revision even in the revised call.
As no one has appeared on behalf of revisionist to press this revision, this criminal revision is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution. However, revisionist shall be at liberty to file recall/restoration application in case any cause of action survives.
