Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
The revision is directed against the order dated 24.10.2018 whereby an application for impleadment filed by the revisionist, in a case for grant of succession certificate has been rejected.
It is not in dispute that notice of this succession case has been issued to all concerned by publication.
In case, the revisionist wants to oppose the grant of succession certificate, it is always open for her to file an objection for the succession case itself.
In case, such an objection is has been filed, the same may be considered on its merits, despite the order impugned in this revision.
Subject to the above, this revision stands disposed of.
