Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Suit No. 141/2013- 2014 (Computerized Case No. T201805310701737) under section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act (Asha Devi Vs. Jay Prakash Tiwari & Ors.) pending before Up-ziladhikari, Gola, District-Gorakhpur, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Suit No. 141/2013-2014 (Computerized Case No. T201805310701737) under section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act (Asha Devi Vs. Jay Prakash Tiwari & Ors.) shall be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
