The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondents have filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, challenging the order dated 23 January 2015 in W.P.No.72 of 2015. The Hon'ble Supreme Court issued notice to the petitioner.
2. In view of the subsequent events, the Contempt Petition is closed.
It is open to the petitioner to make an application before this Court to re-open the contempt petition taking into account the order passed by the Supreme Court.
