3. On perusal of the records, it is manifested that no interim order was granted by this court.
4. The petitioner filed writ petition at the age of 55 years, that too, after a lapse of twelve years, this court do not find that anything would survive for adjudication in the writ petition.
In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
