The petitioner in this writ petition has challenged the vires of the Uttar Pradesh Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2018 as amended by the Uttar Pradesh Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) (First Amendment) Rules, 2019.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken on board for final disposal at this stage in terms of the Rules of the Court.
Mrs. Archana Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, submits that this case is covered by the judgment of this Court passed today in Writ-C No. 14286 of 2019 (M/s. Sunrise Stone Crusher Pvt. Ltd. v. State of U.P. and others) and other connected matters.
Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as in M/s. Sunrise Stone Crusher Pvt. Ltd. (supra).
