JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.MATHIVANAN, J.] The petitioner herein is none other than the mother of the detenue. She had lodged a complaint before the second respondent police stating that her daughter was found missing.
2. Today the second respondent has produced the girl before this Court, when the matter is taken up for hearing. On enquiry, she has stated that she had married the third respondent and expressed her willingness to go along with him as she has attained majority. On verification of the records we found that her date of birth is 12.09.1998 as evidenced by her school Transfer Certificate.
3. Since the detenue has attained majority, we find that she may be allowed to go along with the third respondent, as per her wish. Accordingly she is set at her liberty and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed as no further order is necessary.
