ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate would submit that the ADLR, North (Additional) Taluk, Bengaluru, who is present before the Court has completed the survey of land in question in the presence of the husband of petitioner – A.P.Krishnappa and also the contesting respondent. He would also submit that a copy of the same is already filed by the contesting respondent along with the application in IA.I/2019.
2. In this background, this Court would hold that the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, by allowing the application in IA.I/2019 and taking the documents produced therein on record, this writ petition is disposed of.
