This petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Chief Justice made the following:
ORDER This is a writ petition filed as a public interest litigation for quashing of an agreement dated October 18, 2007, entered into between the respondent Nos.2 and 5 and its renewal made on January 29, 2013.
2. The writ petition is hopelessly belated. No explanation is coming forward. We are not inclined to interfere.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
4. We make no order as to costs.
