On 08.12.2017, this Court had granted four weeks time for submission of English translation of the documents which are in Kannada language. Failing which, the petition would be dismissed automatically without reference to the Court. The time granted has lapsed and the petitioner has not complied with the order.
Therefore, the petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
