. Respondent/Complainant Petition under sections 437 & 439 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner/A-14, on bail in the event of Crime No. 125 of 2013 of Veeraballi PS., Kadapa District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Srinivas, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor (AP) for Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Rayachoty, Kadapa District, and on a further condition that he shall appeal before the Station House Officer, Veeraballi Police Station, once in a week i.,e on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m., for a period of six weeks or till filing of the charge sheet and also make himself available to the investigating agency as and when required.
