(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1 The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 474 days caused in filing the above mentioned Letters Patent Appeal. Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. No affidavit-in-reply has been filed by the learned AGP for respondent No.1.
2 Considering the contents of the application, we are satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the application and it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the aforesaid appeal has remained totally unexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing the aforesaid appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay of 474 days caused in filing the Letters Patent Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
