Office has entertained a doubt regarding the maintainability of the writ petition as the order dated 05.11.2016, which is subjected to challenge in this writ petition, has not been signed by the respondent. Further, the petitioner has also not filed any petition to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 05.11.2016. In such circumstances, office could not number the writ petition and accordingly, this Petition is listed today for hearing. B. RAJENDRAN, J

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 05.11.2016 has been downloaded from the internet and therefore, signature of the respondent cannot be expected from such a downloaded order. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner agreed to file a petition to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 05.11.2016.
4. Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the objections raised by the office are sustained.
