JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 28.10.2014, wherein the 4th respondent was given the right of administration of the school from 01.11.2014 to 31.10.2015 i.e. for a period of one year.
2. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the administration period is already over, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connection miscellaneous petitions are closed.
