Mr Majmudar, learned counsel for the petitioners states that respondent No.1 has refused to accept the service. Hence, issue fresh notice to respondent No.1 returnable on 25th October 2010. Learned counsel will take the packet and hand it over to the District Court at Palanpur for being served upon respondent No.1.
