(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we pass an interim order to the effect that the petitioner unit is permitted to have a trial run of the industrial plant for seven days. The Gujarat Pollution Control Board will inspect the unit of the petitioner in the course of these seven days and on the expiry of the seven days from the start of the trial run, if the analysis of the sample collected from the final outset of the ETP meets with the parameters prescribed by GPCB, the petitioner unit shall be permitted to continue operation of its plant for a further period of three months. GPCB will, however, take further samples after expiry of one month and give analysis report to the Court.
Let the matter appear on 15th March 2012.
