1. Heard learned Counsel Shri Sumit Shah appearing with learned Advocate Mr. N.V.Gandhi for the Petitioners.
2. In view of the contentions raised and perusing the papers including the documents placed on record with regard to the transaction, learned Counsel has stated that the predecessor of the Petitioners have been granted bail and the order refers to and discusses the transaction. He submitted that the transaction is with the predecessor of the Petitioners and the Petitioners have no occasion to deal with the complainant in any manner at any stage.
3. In the circumstances, RULE returnable on 12th October, 2012. Learned APP Ms. Archana Raval waives service of Rule for Respondent No.1-State of Gujarat.
4. Ad-interim relief to the extent that the investigation may proceed, but no coercive step may be taken qua the Petitioners till further orders.
