Pleader ORDER The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 6th respondent to conduct land Survey in their land in Plot Nos. 23 and 24, Survey No.61/24, Thiruveedhipallam, Naththapettail Village and Panchayat, Little Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram District, by considering their representation dated 02.06.2016.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioners' representation dated 02.06.2016, the 6th respondent has not surveyed the land so far.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 6th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 02.06.2016 for surveying the land, after giving notice to all the interested parties, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 6th respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 02.06.201 for surveying the land stated above and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
