2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 15.02.2017, within a time frame.
3. Mr.N.Anand Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have appeared for enquiry and that the 3rd respondent has also completed the enquiry. Further, the petitioners have also sent a representation dated 15.02.2017 to the 3rd respondent. However, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 15.02.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 15.02.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
